They believe that Hindi is one of the official languages of India hence its valuable importance can never be undermined.
Meet Tanmay Jindal and Anvi Sharma of class V and X respectively at Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park.
Both these grammar necromancers recently won a Gold and a Silver medal each at the Hindi Olympiad.
Upon asking about their experience, Tanmay expressed, “My experience was very good as it was my first time giving an Olympiad in school.” Meanwhile, Anvi shared, “I had a wonderful personal experience, and earning this medal has greatly boosted my self-confidence. I am also very honoured to have represented my school in achieving this milestone.”
Speaking about the never-ending support lent by their school, both Anvi and Tanmay said, “My school played a very significant role in helping me achieve this milestone. I am truly grateful for the opportunities it has provided me with. I would also like to sincerely thank my teachers for their constant support and guidance. Apeejay School supported my journey by allowing me to do these Olympiads.
My teachers also helped us with many topics, the duo shared. Like nothing in life comes easy, their medals at the Olympiad also testify to the sheer hard work and dedication both put in. “The most challenging part of the Olympiad was when the time was running out and the questions were still left unanswered,” shared Tanmay.
Anvi said that the most challenging part of the Olympiad was balancing my regular studies alongside the preparation for the Olympiad. “However, overcoming this challenge made the achievement even more rewarding and strengthened my ability to handle academic pressures effectively,” she stated.
While Tanmnay plans to become a cricketer and do well in his studies. Anvi continues challenging herself and excelling in academics and competitions like the Hindi Olympiad.
