The event featured eight esteemed industry panelists, including professionals from Jeena & Co., EXL Services, Nykaa, Stanza Living, Jagran Media, Netsmartz, Moon Beverages (Coca-Cola), and Gates India. These experts conducted interviews and group discussions, offering second-year students valuable real-world exposure, feedback, and career guidance.

According to Yogita Ahuja, President of Placecom, her interaction with the HR manager from Jagran Media was a confidence-boosting experience that significantly shaped her preparation for upcoming placements. The event enabled students to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, helping them enhance their readiness for the competitive job market.
Namrita, a Placecom member, emphasised how the event provided practical insights into interview dynamics and corporate expectations. It was a transformative experience, helping participants sharpen their skills and boosting their confidence for future challenges.

Shivom Gupta, Vice President of Placecom, highlighted how Vishleshan 1.0 was a career development initiative that allowed students to engage with industry experts. At the event’s conclusion, Mr. Damian Amaral acknowledged the success of Vishleshan 1.0, crediting the collaboration and teamwork of both junior and senior Placement Committee members. This initiative not only provided students with valuable feedback but also reinforced the importance of effort, teamwork, and professional preparedness in shaping their career paths.

Vishleshan 1.0 proved to be a dynamic opportunity for students to bridge the gap between academia and industry, setting them on the path to success in their professional journeys.
