‘I was immensely satisfied with this school at first go’

School life is incomparable and irreplaceable for every individual. We all reminisce about our school days so fondly and can even recall that saddest moment when it was time to bid adieu to the school during farewell.

Meet Ritima Rani, mother of Ananya Sinha, Anushka Sinha, and Ayushman Sinha, students of class XI, X, and III respectively, who expresses that she feels extremely proud to watch her children grow so well. Her obligation towards teachers at school comes from the fact that they handle her children exactly like her own family.

Excerpts from the interview

How did you select Apeejay for all your three kids?

I got both my daughters into Apeejay at first and after observing great progress in both my daughters, I took the decision of putting my son in the same school too. I had to undergo a well-planned admission process and once that was cracked, we were informed that our kids had cleared the school’s admission test.

 Are teachers easy to approach?

All the teachers have been extraordinarily helpful and supportive from the start for all my children. Personally, I would like to share that never even once have I felt that any teacher is ignorant or disinterested in my kids’ growth. Whenever I needed any help, teachers were always there. I would like to mention that teachers teach students so well that there is actually no need for my children to take tuition.

 How is your daughter preparing for upcoming Boards?

Teachers are already preparing my daughter on how to handle the board examination. She receives well-prepared notes in advance for all subjects by the teachers. Every teacher is giving their best to help my children improve and work on their weak areas too.

 How has Apeejay impacted the lives of your children?

To be honest, I have studied at a Hindi medium institution, so I always wanted my children to speak and learn impeccable English. Apeejay has helped my children achieve that feat. All my kids have amazing communication skills and vast knowledge. I am personally extremely happy to see my kids do so well.

 Comment on the balance between academics and extracurricular activities.

The education structure is undoubtedly well-organised and placed. All three kids are over-enthusiastic about participating in various cultural activities organised at school. My second enjoys being part of inter-school competitions, house activities, and stage programmes. All teachers give equal chances to all students at the school.

 Are any special techniques adopted by teachers?

I have specifically observed that for my son. Since he is in class III, there is a lot of usage of activities to develop learning in kids. The teachers organise different activities related to theoretical concepts to enhance practical knowledge which is extremely helpful for learning.
