The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the exam calendar for students preparing for NEET, JEE Main Session one and two along with other exams. The exam list and tentative schedule has been released up to March 2027. As per the schedule, the December UGC-NET will be held from December 14 to 19. On the other hand, the Joint CSIR-UGC NET is scheduled for December 20 and 21.

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2027 session 1 is proposed from January 22 to 24, 2027, and January 28 to 30, 2027. CUET PG 2027 is scheduled across multiple dates between March 1 and 25. The Agency has also put buffer days for the exam in case some issues are faced during the exam.

The UGC-NET December cycle will have two additional buffer days, December 20 and 21, while the JEE Main Session 1 calendar has January 31, 2027, as a buffer date. NTA has also scheduled the NIFT Entrance Examination for January 10, 2027 and the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination for January 31, 2027.

Students can access the exam calendar on the official website of NTA at nta.ac.in. As stated by the testing agency, the exam dates indicated in the schedule are tentative and may undergo changes owing to administrative, academic, statutory, logistical or other unforeseen circumstances.

The final schedule of the respective exams along with detailed information bulletins and examination-specific notices will be issued separately at the appropriate time.

As a part of its reform, the Agency has opened up various roles to be filled by direct recruitment. Additionally, NTA has shifted its location. Earlier, NTA’s office was situated in Okhla in South Delhi, but now after a notification, the office has been shifted to Minto Road in Central Delhi to enhance exam security.

The decision to relocate was taken by the Education Ministry following a review meeting to tighten confidential operations and exam integrity.
