It is a tedious task to choose the right school for your child. To help your child understand every concept in-depth and soar high, you must determine what type of student your child is and what kind of environment he/she will be most likely comfortable in.

There are endless schools that offer different learning environments, philosophies, and teaching styles. This mother chose Apeejay for her child after careful research and thorough planning. “I was able to select the perfect fit for my child wherein the teachers are highly supportive and take care of my son’s academic and social needs,” the mother said.

Meet Dr Sonia Jangra, the mother of Akhil Kumar, studying in Class II, at Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri. In an impromptu interview, she speaks highly of teachers.

What made you choose this particular school for your child?

There is no specific reason for choosing this school, but whoever lives in Dadri is well aware of the fact that there is no better school than Apeejay. It made sense to send my child to the best there is. The school has fantastic facilities/state-of-the-art infrastructure and it stands apart and above the rest.

What attributes does the school hold that have helped your child develop better?

A school is not made up of just red bricks, it’s the mentors who make an institution work like one. Similarly, the efforts and support of the teachers that they have given to my son are commendable. There was a time when he was facing problems in writing, it was his then-class teacher who paid special attention in helping him complete his notebooks.

How was the admission process?

Akhil was enrolled in this school from the very beginning when he was in nursery. Since then till now, we have had no major issues. Moreover, there were no hindrances caused during the time of admission. Everything went smoothly and steadily.

Are PTMs held regularly?

Yes. Attending PTMs is a dire priority for me, as they offer me clear and insightful feedback on the progress of my child.

Is he involved in extracurricular activities?

He is involved in a variety of extracurricular activities that involve taking part in annual functions, cultural events, topical days, and more. I believe, being active in such events helps to enhance a child’s skills, fosters teamwork, and provides a well-rounded education.

How do you spend quality time with your son?

Spending quality time with my son often revolves around having heartfelt conversations and general visits to the park to play together. Spending a couple of hours with him in the entire day’s schedule strengthens our bond and deepens our sense of connection.

How would you rate this school?

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it as 8. The school moves ahead with a robust curriculum which also takes into account the ways of enhancing positive learning experiences for students.
