Navi Mumbai school rewards pre-primary students for outstanding achievements

Apeejay School, Kharghar, known for its commitment to academic excellence and holistic development, recently held a splendid prize distribution ceremony for its pre-primary section. The highly anticipated event took place at the school premises, where young talents were recognised and rewarded for their outstanding achievements.

The ceremony, which attracted a large audience, was organised in two batches at the Multipurpose Hall on the first floor of the school. The venue was abuzz with excitement as parents, teachers, and fellow students eagerly gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of budding stars.

The pre-primary students were awarded for showcasing their talents in various categories, including theme-based monthly activities, competitions, and special prizes. The prizes were presented by Tejashwini Katdare, principal, Apeejay School, Kharghar, who was accompanied by coordinators Basabdatta Barui and Meenakshi Tiwari. Their presence and encouragement added an extra touch of prestige to the occasion.

Approximately 332 students participated in the ceremony, each showcasing their unique skills and abilities. The programme commenced on a harmonious note, as the audience was captivated by a soulful prayer song that set the tone for the rest of the event. Following this, the young students took centre-stage, delivering heartfelt speeches about their experiences in the pre-primary section. Their confident articulation and enthusiasm reflected their passion for sports and games, leaving the audience impressed and inspired.

The celebration continued with vibrant and entertaining dance performances by the talented students. The hall came alive with a kaleidoscope of colours and rhythmic movements, captivating everyone present. The energy and enthusiasm of the young dancers echoed throughout the venue, leaving the audience enthralled and applauding their remarkable performances.

One of the highlights of the ceremony was the inclusion of parents in the celebration. The parents of the prize winners were invited to join their children on stage, forming a heartwarming moment of pride and joy. The gesture not only acknowledged the students’ achievements but also fostered a sense of unity and support within the Apeejay School community.

As the event drew to a close, the audience stood in unison to pay tribute to the nation. The National Anthem, performed on keyboards by a talented young student from class 1, resonated through the hall, evoking a strong sense of patriotism and unity.
