How I handle my stress!

Firstly, what is stress? Stress is a state in which we feel less energetic, and our body becomes lazy. Now, how to avoid stress? For instance, we are on screen in a hurry to complete work, we feel less energetic due to stress, and we should not sit continuously on the screen or do any work. Sit up and walk. Due to this, we freshen our mood and get energy to finish work.
Now, how to handle stress? We should walk, do breathing exercises, listen to music, and read books; due to these things, our stress will go and our mood will get fresher, energetic, and joyful. Now days children get sometime lot of study and take stress. For that, children should not continuously sit and do their work; they must take a little breaks and walk or read a storybook.
Breathing such as pranayama will help children not take stress, and their mood becomes fresh and energetic to complete work. And the same thing for office employees. They sometimes take overload of work rather they should also read books, go for a walk, and do breathing pranayama. Even our mothers take so much stress from completing work at home, we should also tell them to take small breaks, and if they are under stress, taking a break will help. We should tell our grandparents, friends, brother, sister, relatives, and even neighbours not to take stress. We should make time for a day like whatever we do, we should also do things to release stress. So this is how I or we can handle our stress.
