Excess of social media makes a person blind

Fake Feels of Being Connected
Social media tricks people into thinking they’re connected. You chat online, share memes, whatever, but it’s so surface-level. Those convos don’t hit deep, and honestly, they can leave you feeling lonelier than ever. Like, where are the real friends?

Social Media: Blinds You Mentally and Physically

Social media doesn’t just mess with your mind, it can mess with your body too. Scrolling nonstop can mess up your sleep, strain your eyes, and give you headaches. The more you get sucked in, the more you forget to take breaks or blink. Over time, it messes with both your mental and physical health, making you feel kind of “blind” to what’s going on.

Stuck in Your Own Bubble
Social media is great at showing you exactly what you already believe. Cool? Not really. It keeps you in this little bubble where you never hear other opinions. So, instead of vibing with new ideas, you just double down on your old ones. Boring.

Brain on Auto-Pilot
Ever feel like scrolling fries your brain? Yep, that’s social media for you. You just skim through posts, barely thinking about what you’re seeing. Suddenly, it’s harder to figure out what’s real and what’s just clickbait nonsense.

The Big Fat Misinformation Problem
Let’s not even start on how fast fake news spreads. Politics, health, random drama—it’s everywhere. One minute you’re reading something wild, and the next you’re questioning if anything online is even legit. Messy, right?

Let’s Get Smarter Online
Look, people need to step up their game and learn to spot the fake stuff. Schools, parents, whoever—just start teaching how to tell facts from fiction. It’s time to stop falling for every viral post and actually think before hitting “share.”
