In the dynamic landscape of the 21st century, instilling a scientific temper in students emerges as a critical imperative for their comprehensive development and the advancement of society at large. Scientific temper embodies a mindset anchored in astute critical thinking, empirical observation, and an unyielding dedication to evidence-based reasoning. It empowers students to interrogate, scrutinise, and seek empirical elucidations for phenomena, nurturing a spirit of inquisitiveness and intellectual exploration.

This disposition not only equips them to navigate a world inundated with information but also empowers them to make meaningful contributions to the spheres of science and innovation. In addition to this, a scientific temper encourages an appreciation for the interconnectedness of various disciplines, advocating a comprehensive approach to problem-solving. Ultimately, the cultivation of this temper in students lays the groundwork for a forthcoming generation of enlightened, visionary individuals poised to address intricate challenges and spearhead progress in science and technology.

In a resounding celebration of scientific inquiry and technological prowess, Apeejay School, Saket, played host to the illustrious “Vichitra Vigyaan” in October 2023. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Mrs Naaz Rizvi, the Director of the National Museum of Natural History. Her distinguished position at this renowned institute, a subordinate office under the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, resonated with the event’s theme. Mrs Rizvi’s invaluable insights delved deep into the realms of science and natural history.

Dr Sujeet Eric Masih, the venerable Principal of Apeejay School, Saket shared the institute’s profound mission and vision during his address.
