November 2 was a very special day for Apeejay School Nerul. The entire school came alive with vibrant festivities to celebrate the birthday of Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairperson, Apeejay Education Society and Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University.
The celebrations commenced with a graceful invocation dance, performed by class 5 and 6 students. Their performance was so energetic that they set the stage on fire with joy and inspiration.
Mr. P. Subhash, Principal of the school, delivered a heart touching message on the occasion, expressing gratitude for the visionary leader for her invaluable contributions in the field of education. All attendees then collectively pledged to spread positivity by committing to thank five people in their life and strive towards becoming the best versions of themselves.
Tiny tots from classes 1 and 2 stole hearts of the audience with their adorable birthday dance, filling the atmosphere with infectious smiles. The secondary class students showcased their talents through a mesmerising rhythmic display that left the audience in awe.
The Principal then read out Mrs Berlia’s message, delineating her vision and dedication towards education. The celebration concluded with a symbolic balloon release, a fitting tribute to the esteemed multidimensional personality, who has devoted her life to nation-building with global footprints as well as continues to inspire and shape the future of education.
This event not only showcased the artistic prowess of the students but also reinforced the values and ethos of Apeejay School, Nerul, in alignment with Mrs Berlia’s vision for education.
