The Awakening Session held at Apeejay School, Sector-15, Faridabad, proved to be a deeply enriching and thought-provoking experience for the teachers. Organised with the objective of fostering self-awareness, emotional well-being, and values-based education among educators, the session was conducted by distinguished resource persons, Dr. Nandini Seshadri, Ms. Sumaana, and Ms. Shatarupa from the Vivekananda Institute of Values.

Rooted in the timeless teachings and philosophy of Swami Vivekananda, the session focused on the importance of nurturing values, mindfulness, and compassion within the educational environment. The resource persons highlighted the pivotal role teachers play in shaping not only the intellectual growth of students but also their emotional and moral development. Further, emphasis was laid on creating a balanced approach towards teaching that integrates empathy, positivity, and purposeful engagement.
