Apeejay School, Saket, continues its proud legacy of nurturing confident, disciplined, and responsible young leaders. Adding a new milestone to this journey, the school has begun training a new brigade of Front-runners – a team of students who will soon take charge as the school’s ceremonial leaders and flag-bearers of discipline. With enthusiasm and pride in the air, the campus is abuzz as “the magic unfolds soon.”

Grooming Future Leaders

The Front-runners’ programme at Apeejay School, Saket, is a blend of precision, teamwork, and leadership. Clad in their striking navy-blue ceremonial uniforms adorned with gold cords and red accents, the young cadets embody confidence, unity, and commitment.

The training process involves not just drill movements but also lessons in communication, cooperation, and humility. Each step they take is a symbol of discipline and responsibility — values that form the foundation of Apeejay’s educational philosophy. Students learn that true leadership is about service, self-control, and inspiring others through actions.

Principal’s Words of Encouragement

Expressing his pride in the students, Dr Sujeet Eric Masih, Principal of Apeejay School, Saket, said, “Kudos and congratulations to the young commandments… Blessings.” His words reflect the school’s deep appreciation for the dedication and effort shown by the young Front-runners, who are being prepared to lead the student community with grace and integrity.

Dr Masih’s message also reinforces Apeejay’s belief that leadership is not inherited — it is earned through discipline, learning, and perseverance.

Learning Beyond Classrooms

The initiative goes far beyond ceremonial training. It integrates important life lessons — teamwork, time management, self-confidence, and mutual respect. While books teach theories of cooperation and leadership, experiences like this help students live those values.

Through every drill and practice session, the Front-runners learn to take responsibility, support each other, and strive for excellence — lessons that will guide them throughout their lives. The programme reflects Apeejay School, Saket’s holistic approach to education, ensuring that learning extends beyond textbooks into every sphere of student life.
