JEE Mains 2024 Session 2: Final result declared

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the April session results for JEE Main results. The results can be accessed on the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in.

Alongside the results, the NTA has revealed the cutoff for JEE Advanced, all India Rank holders, and state-wise toppers, following the recent release of the final answer key, which omitted four questions.

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) stands as a pivotal gateway for admission into engineering colleges in India and serves as a qualifying exam for JEE Advanced.

This year, JEE Main comprised two rounds in January and April. Candidates who participated in both sessions will have their best score considered for the final merit list. To access their results, students will require their application number, password, and a security pin.

The JEE Main 2024 examination saw 924,636 common candidates registered for both January and April sessions, with 822,899 appearing in both. In January 2024, 1,221,624 registered for session 1, with 1,170,048 appearing. For April 2024 session 2, 1,179,569 registered, and 1,067,959 appeared.

A total of 1,476,557 unique candidates registered for both sessions, with 1,415,110 appearing. Among those appearing for session 2, 377,921 were general, 134,465 general EWS, 416,440 OBC-NCL, 103,422 SC, and 35,711 ST candidates.
