At Apeejay School, Kharghar, excellence begins early. As the academic session 2024–25 unfolds, three bright stars from Class 3 have emerged as the top scorers – now proud Class 4 students. Meet Sharvari Nimje, Abha Mandawe, and Radhika Nimje, the shining achievers who have not only topped their class but also won hearts with their enthusiasm and discipline. In a candid telephonic interview, the trio shared their excitement, routines, and love for learning.

“Maths is fun!” says Sharvari Nimje

Sharvari Nimje, one of the twin sisters, is a spirited learner who proudly shared her love for numbers. “My favourite subject is Maths because I like doing multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction,” she said cheerfully. Sharvari’s enthusiasm for studies begins at home, where her mother plays a vital role in helping her revise daily.

With an impressive score of 99.7%, Sharvari shared that she studies for an hour every day after school. “I felt happy when I found out I topped the class!” she beamed. Her dedication also reflects in how sincerely she completes her homework. “I like doing it every day,” she added with pride. What’s her favourite part of school? “The teachers are good and help us learn better.”

Abha Mandawe: A Consistent Performer with a Smile

Equally confident is Abha Mandawe, who has also secured the top position in her class with a remarkable score of 98.9%. A self-motivated child, she described herself as a consistent student. “I am always getting good marks. I was very happy when I saw my mark sheet,” said Abha, whose favourite subject is also Maths.

With her mother’s support at home, Abha ensures she never misses a class unless absolutely necessary. “I love going to school. My favourite part is the classroom, the teachers, and my friends,” she said. When asked why she enjoys doing her homework, Abha replied simply and sweetly, “Because I like doing it.” Her love for routine and discipline clearly reflects in her achievements.

Radhika Nimje: A Budding Scientist in the Making

Radhika Nimje, the other twin sister, brings a love for nature and curiosity to her studies. “Science is my favourite subject because we learn about plants and the environment,” she shared excitedly. She credits her success to both her sister and mother, saying, “They help me study at home, and that’s why I got good marks.”

With a commendable score of 98.24%, Radhika also revealed her daily routine, which includes post-school snacks, study time, outdoor play, and evening revision. “We study from 7 to 7.30 after playing. Then we pack our bags, help our mother, and have dinner before going to bed,” she said with clarity and warmth.
