These reflect his imagination and maturity. Guided by strong values and inspired by his family, he stands as a role model for his peers, embodying dedication, humility, and purpose.

In an impromptu interview, he shares what human values mean to him.

How did you feel when you heard you had received the prestigious award?

I felt amazing and surprised. I was very thankful to my teachers who supported me and recommended my name for the award. I was confident that I would get it. I had worked hard, so I believed in myself.

Tell us about your journey at school and how it has shaped your outlook.
I have been in the school since Pre-nursery. My teachers have guided me at every step, especially when I was publishing my book of poems. It is a collection of poems written by me. It reflects my thoughts, imagination, and experiences.

What do human values mean to you personally?
Human values shape how we think and act. Without kindness and good values, life becomes difficult. They guide our behaviour and decisions.

Dr Stya Paul embodied honesty, perseverance, and dedication. Which values of his have you imbibed?

I strive to uphold Dr Stya Paul’s principle of selfless service to the nation through education. I believe true growth comes from honesty, dedication, and consistent hard work. These values guide my actions every day and motivate me to contribute positively to my school, community, and future endeavours.

How do you ensure that your friends and classmates follow good values too?
Whenever they do something wrong, I try to correct them politely. I encourage them to act responsibly.

Who is your role model?

My father and grandfather. They inspire me through their discipline, values, and simplicity.

Have you participated in any community service or social responsibility activities?

Recently, our school took us to the ‘Suchita Vihan’ cleanliness drive at a nearby park. We helped clean the surroundings and interacted with people around the area, encouraging them to keep the environment clean. It felt meaningful to contribute to a cause that benefits the entire community.
