Raghav Kapoor’s newly launched song ‘Gumraah’ crosses 1 million mark on YouTube 

Raghav Kapoor, an MBA student at Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus (AIMETC), has yet another music video in YouTube’s one billion club. The leading singer from Jalandhar has recently launched a new song Gumraah, which is available on all music streaming apps including Amazon Music, Spotify, JioSavaan, to name a few. 

The 23-year-old singer from Jalandhar already has another music video over the billion mark – Yaar Ja Sharaab. 

Sharing his happiness about this newly launched song, Raghav expressed, “I am feeling really good as the new song has already crossed the 1 million mark on my YouTube channel. That’s just marvelous!  I have worked day and night for this release. The song is out under my name RAGHAV KAPOOR and is live on all music streaming platforms.”

When asked how much time did he take to compose and create this song, he added, “Well, time is not estimated while creating a song as it’s all about the feel and emotion, which is created through the lyrics and composition. Gumraah was entirely composed and written in one night. But the video shoot took three long days.”

In the coming three months, the popular singer has 8 to 9 music projects in his pipeline, which includes launch of songs from genres including sufi, bollywood and live unplugged style.

Raghav has been training in classical music since the last 16 years from the renowned Shyam Chaurasia Gharana. He delivered his first on-stage performance when he was Class 3 and since then there has been no looking back. Raghav rose to acclaim through his four original songs Habibi, Zindagi Tere Naam, Yaar Ja Sharaab, and Ik Tera Chehra. He also launched his own YouTube channel called Million Entertainers, which currently has 6.06K subscribers. The talented singer has worked with eminent music pioneers such as Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Kailash Kher, to name a few, and is also an ardent follower of music maestros AR Rahman and Hariharan.

Adding feathers of success one after the other, Raghav has also bagged the prestigious Akhand Bharat Gaurav Award in 2021 and has won the Mr India Globe 2021 title, recently.
