Recently, Apeejay Svran Global School, Faridabad, Sector 21 D, observed the 14th punyatithi of revered Shrimati Rajeshwari Paul with prayers, devotional offerings, and moments of reflection. The gathering brought together students, teachers, and staff members to honour her life and values that continue to inspire the Apeejay family. Shrimati Rajeshwari Paul was the wife of Dr Stya Paul, Founder-Chairman, Apeejay Stya and Svran Group, and the mother of Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairman, Apeejay Stya & Svran Group; Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University; and Chairman, Apeejay Education.

The ceremony was organised in a calm and respectful atmosphere on the school campus. Through prayers and reflective thoughts, the gathering remembered her enduring legacy of grace, compassion, and generosity. The event encouraged students to pause and reflect on the importance of empathy and selfless service in daily life.

A devotional presentation by the school choir formed an important part of the observance. The melodious bhajans added warmth and emotional depth to the ceremony. Their performances reflected admiration for values rooted in humanity, kindness, and humility. Teachers and students participated together, making the occasion both spiritual and meaningful.

Students of Class X also performed a sacred havan during the ceremony. The ritual created an atmosphere of peace and reverence across the campus. For many students, it became an opportunity to understand how cultural and spiritual traditions help strengthen values such as discipline, gratitude, and compassion.

The observance reflected the school’s continued effort to connect education with moral and social awareness. Such occasions help students recognise that learning is not limited to academics alone. They also shape character, perspective, and responsibility towards society.

The ceremony concluded with a shared sense of gratitude and reflection, leaving students with values that remain relevant far beyond the classroom.
