Inspiration in every tune: Discovering the joy of music

Hello everyone! Today, I would like to share with you a hobby that brings me happiness. It is listening to music. The activity gives me eternal joy and satisfaction. Even when I am stressed, I listen to music for about 10 to 15 minutes and immediately feel refreshed.

Further, here are some benefits of listening to music:

1.   Reduces stress:   Music has the power to gradually reduce stress and help improve focus.

2.    Elevates mood: When one is   feeling tired or gloomy, listening to music can naturally uplift the spirits mood and make a person feel happy.

3.    Makes the heart healthy: Music is proven to   reduce heart rate, breathing rate as well as blood pressure. It also eases pain, stress and anxiety.

4.   Provides Creative inspiration:  Melody sparks creative ideas in our minds, making us more imaginative..

   5.     Improves sleep:  Listening to music can help relax and sleep better, especially if one is having trouble falling asleep.

While the above were the benefits, it’s essential to be mindful of some precautions as well:

1. Keep the volume of the music at a reasonable level to avoid harm to the ear drums.

2. Don’t listen to music with earplugs on right before you sleep. It may disrupt sleep patterns and quality.

3. Be cautious about the prolonged use of earplugs. It may lead to discomfort, fatigue or pressure in the ears and head.

Finally, remember not to exceed 45 minutes of music listening per day to stay healthy!
