Hope! Hope! Hope! 

Life is hope!

A farmer sows seed 

In the lap of the Earth

With the hope to produce a good yield

That will feed the whole world 

A soldier standing at the front 

Hopes that one day 

All boundaries will vanish 

And he too will spend time 

His children sharing bedtime stories 

A homeless child in a big city 

Hopes that one day all the toys will belong to him 

And he will play with them all day long 

A raindrop hopes to fall in deep sea

And join an oyster to join a precious pearl

A bird flying high in the blue sky

Hopes to collect sufficient food 

For its young babies waiting in the nest 

I hope that tomorrow will be a better day

And all the closed doors will open 

And darkness will disappear 

Enlightening the whole world with wisdom and care
