Events like World Laughter Day play a vital role in the holistic development of young learners. Laughter not only strengthens emotional well-being but also promotes social bonding and reduces stress. In early childhood, such positive experiences help children build self-confidence, enhance creativity, and develop a joyful approach to learning. Celebrating laughter reinforces a sense of community and reminds us that happiness is the foundation of a nurturing educational environment.
On the same note, Apeejay School, Faridabad’s Pre-primary Wing, recently came alive with peals of laughter and unending joy as students celebrated World Laughter Day with an engaging and delightful Laughter Drama Show. The special event was thoughtfully organised to offer a cheerful and enriching experience for our youngest learners.

The highlight of the day was a fun-filled drama session conducted by the Pre-primary faculty member, Ms Pridhi Kataria. With her vibrant storytelling, expressive theatrics, and boundless enthusiasm, Ms Kataria created an atmosphere that had every child giggling and clapping with delight. From humorous skits to interactive moments, the show was a perfect blend of entertainment and learning.
Children were fully immersed in the performance, their eyes wide with wonder and hearts full of joy. Teachers and staff joined in, adding to the festive spirit and creating lasting memories. The success of the event was reflected in the infectious laughter that echoed through the school corridors.

The World Laughter Day celebration served as a beautiful reminder of the power of shared joy. It brought our school community closer and offered a much-needed moment of happiness and release for everyone involved. Most importantly, it left our little ones with smiling faces and hearts full of laughter, proving once again that in the world of early education, joy is just as important as knowledge.
