An Inter-house Quiz Competition, meticulously organised for the Primary department’s budding geniuses from classes III to V. Representing the essence of competitive spirit, six students from each House stepped forward to test their mettle, their minds ready to dive into the ocean of knowledge.

The competition was not merely an academic exercise but a celebration of learning, designed with the noble aim of reinforcing the students’ knowledge base, enhancing their general awareness, and, most importantly, boosting their self-esteem and confidence. At the helm of this intellectual odyssey was Ms Rashi Rawal, who hosted the quiz with grace and wit, ensuring a smooth flow of questions that ranged from trivial to the most brain-tickling. Ms Monica Gulati, with the crucial role of the timekeeper, and Ms Shweta Johri, who meticulously recorded the scores, were the backbone of the event, ensuring fairness and precision. The quiz was a collaborative effort, with Ms Suchin Minhas and Ms Neelam Rana from the Primary Computer Department contributing their expertise to craft a quiz that was both challenging and engaging.

The quiz unfolded over four thrilling rounds, each filled with questions that spanned a wide array of topics. The participants, with their minds as sharp as swords, battled through these rounds, answering with a speed that left the audience in awe. The competition was fierce, with each house vying for the top spot, their eyes set on victory.

The event was graced by the Primary In-charge, Mrs Smriti Samuel, who addressed the students with words of wisdom and appreciation. Her acknowledgment of the participant’s hard work and her congratulations to the winners were a testament to the spirit of learning and excellence that Apeejay School, Noida, stands for. She also emphasised the importance of staying updated with current affairs, encouraging the habit of reading newspapers daily.

The final tally saw Tagore House clinching the first position, with Radha Krishnan House and Gandhi House following in second and third places, respectively. Their victories were not just a testament to their knowledge but a celebration of their perseverance, teamwork, and the spirit of inquiry.
