Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, expresses gratitude towards police personnel, the unsung frontline warriors

With an aim to strengthen communities and render respect and dignity that is due towards police personnel, those unsung frontline warriors, Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar recently organised ‘AABHAAR’ to show solidarity and gratitude towards Punjab Traffic Police Personnel.
Under the dynamic leadership of President Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairman Apeejay Education Society and Chancellor Apeejay Stya University, Apeejay Rama Mandi, Jalandhar served the men and women stationed in the sultry afternoon heat at various crossroads and thirsty passersby on the Rama Mandi-Hoshiarpur road with rejuvenating and refreshing lemonade and cookies.
The school team thanked the police personnel and said they owe their safety and security to their relentless round-the-clock vigil. They expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the services of police personnel throughout the lockdown period and for emerging as one of the strongest frontline warriors.
The school team presented ‘Thank You Cards’ to the Police personnel signed by Principal Ms Sangeeta Nistandra.
The police personnel in turn thanked the school authorities for their kind gesture.
