Apeejay professor narrates about his recent research achievement

What motivates a researcher to publish a research paper or journal? It’s the passion to find solutions to the problem through his/her research findings. That passion is evidently visible in one of the professors from Apeejay School of Management (ASM), Dwarka. Adding feathers of achievements, the Assistant Professor Anuj Kumar has recently completed 50 publications/acceptance for ASM in Delhi since the time of his joining in 20 April 2021. 

He is one of the first faculty members to complete 50 publications on the affiliation of Apeejay School of Management, Dwarka. He has 241 citations on the paper published by the affiliation of ASM, Dwarka. Out of 50 papers, 30 are Scopus indexed, 7 are ABDC-B, 7 are ABDC-C and 12 are Web of Science. Among the 50 publications, 42 research papers and 8 case studies have been published in top Scopus journals i.e. Emerald Emerging Case Studies, Small Enterprise Research, International Journal of Social Science and Case Centre. 

Further, he has published research papers in various Scopus and ABDC listed journals of repute which include Asia Pacific Journal of Health Management, Journal of Business Strategy, International Journal of Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Tourism and Hospitality Management Journal, Working with older people, Academy of Marketing Studies Journal, Journal of Statistics and Management Systems etc.

Last year, Prof Kumar was deemed the “Best Researcher” of the year 2021-22 at ASM. Sharing his thoughts, he said, “This is a moment of pride for me. For research, one cannot limit oneself to a specific domain but must go beyond to perform cross-sectional research. You have to look at the given problem at hand from different aspects and perspectives. A good researcher has to be innovative.”
