Spike, Serve and Spirit: Students Set the Court Ablaze at Volleyball Blaze

Apeejay School of Management (ASM), Dwarka, hosted “Volleyball Blaze”  at the Volleyball Court, bringing together students united by their enthusiasm for the sport. Organised as part of the institution’s ongoing efforts to promote sportsmanship, fitness and healthy competition, the tournament provided students an opportunity to showcase their athletic abilities while strengthening teamwork and camaraderie on campus.

Volleyball, with its fast-paced nature and emphasis on coordination, agility and quick reflexes, offered an ideal setting for students to put their sporting skills to the test. The tournament was designed not only to encourage active participation in sports but also to provide a platform where students could experience the value of collaboration, competitive spirit and collective effort.

Beyond the sporting contest, Volleyball Blaze also served as a refreshing break from the academic routine. The final emerged as the highlight of Volleyball Blaze, with both teams displaying excellent command over the game and refusing to give up until the very last point. Their determination and competitive spirit kept the audience engaged and demonstrated the importance of perseverance and teamwork in sport.

The winning team comprised Priyanshu, Ansh, Manish, Japneet Singh, Shashwat and Ashu. Their collective performance earned them the top spot in a tournament that celebrated not merely victory, but also participation, teamwork and the joy of sport.

Volleyball Blaze concluded on a high note, leaving students with memorable moments of competition and camaraderie. The event reaffirmed the importance of sports in creating a vibrant campus environment while encouraging students to embrace fitness, teamwork, discipline and healthy competition alongside their academic pursuits.
