His consistent efforts recently earned him multiple placement offers, marking an exciting beginning to his professional journey and reflecting the confidence and practical knowledge he developed at AIMETC. Read edited excerpts:

How do you feel receiving the placement offer? What position have you been offered?

Receiving multiple placement offers was one of the happiest moments of my MBA journey. It was rewarding to see my hard work and preparation turn into real opportunities.

I received placement offers from HDFC Life for the role of Executive Trainee, Mindseekers Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for the position of Business Development Associate, and Digimation Flight for a Business Development Internship.

These opportunities have boosted my confidence and motivated me to continue learning and growing in my professional career.

How did you prepare for your placements?

I started preparing by improving my aptitude, communication skills, and interview confidence. I regularly practiced common interview questions, worked on my resume, and revised important Finance and Marketing concepts.

I also stayed updated with current affairs and completed certifications such as NISM Series V-A, which helped strengthen my profile.

I believe consistency, self-discipline, and confidence were the key factors that helped me during the placement process.

How did your teachers at Apeejay help you during the placement process?

The teachers at Apeejay Institute of Management and Engineering Technical Campus provided continuous guidance and support throughout the placement process. Through the PEP (Placement Enhancement Program), they helped us improve our aptitude, communication skills, interview techniques, and overall professional personality.

Regular mock interviews, training sessions, and valuable feedback helped me become more confident and better prepared for placements. The faculty members were always supportive and encouraged us to keep improving ourselves.

Their guidance and motivation played a significant role in helping me approach interviews with confidence and a positive mindset.

Tips to crack a job interview

My advice to students is to know their resume well and prepare the basics of their specialisation. It is also important to research the company and understand the job role before attending an interview.

Candidates should communicate clearly, stay confident, and answer honestly. A positive attitude and willingness to learn often leave a strong impression on interviewers.

Most importantly, every interview is a learning experience, so students should keep improving and never lose confidence.

Your future aspirations

My goal is to build a successful career where I can continuously learn, grow, and take on new challenges. I want to gain practical experience, improve my professional skills, and contribute positively to the organisation I work for.

In the coming years, I hope to take on greater responsibilities, learn from experienced professionals, and develop myself into a capable and dependable professional.

I believe that continuous learning, hard work, and dedication will help me achieve my long-term career goals.
