HR Club’s “Decode HR” brings knowledge and fun together
Held at Apeejay School of Management, the event aims at testing participants’ knowledge of Human Resources via an exciting mix of puzzles, tricky definitions, and concept-driven MCQs.
The HR Club – HUMANeX at Apeejay School of Management (ASM) successfully organised its much-anticipated event, “DECODE HR – Where HR Mysteries Meet Solutions!” . The event was designed as a high-energy and intellectually stimulating challenge, aimed at testing participants’ knowledge of Human Resources through an exciting mix of puzzles, tricky definitions, and concept-driven MCQs.
The atmosphere on campus was charged with enthusiasm as HR aspirants from different departments came together to showcase their skills. True to its spirit, the event blended competitive spirit with collaborative learning, offering participants a platform to sharpen their concepts while enjoying the thrill of a challenge.
The rounds were carefully curated to push participants beyond textbook learning. From decoding complex HR terms to tackling thought-provoking multiple-choice questions, students had to rely not just on their academic knowledge but also on logic, quick thinking, and smart guessing. This unique approach highlighted the importance of conceptual clarity in HR while keeping the engagement level high.
After several challenging rounds, three participants emerged as the top performers with their remarkable presence of mind, accuracy, and subject expertise. The winners were:
- First Prize: Ritik Relan
- Second Prize: Harjas Kaur
- Third Prize: Sweta Kumari
Their performance truly captured the essence of what Decode HR set out to achieve — celebrating the intersection of intellect, agility, and HR mastery.
Reflecting on the success of the event, the organisers emphasised that it was more than just a competition. It was a platform where students could test their theoretical knowledge in a practical, fast-paced setup and learn from one another’s strategies.
The event concluded on a high note, with participants feeling both energized and motivated to deepen their understanding of HR concepts. The club also expressed its gratitude to Dr. Ishita Adhikari, Faculty In-charge, for her constant support and guidance in making the event a resounding success.
With Decode HR, HUMANeX once again reinforced its commitment to creating engaging and impactful opportunities for students to explore the dynamic world of Human Resources.
