Sporting achievement is often built quietly, through regular practice, focus, and the willingness to keep improving. Three students of Apeejay School, Pitampura, have recently made their mark across different sporting disciplines, earning medals at state and national level competitions. Their performances also reflect the consistency needed to compete at increasingly demanding levels.
Ruhani Jain bags Silver at CBSE Nationals
Ruhani Jain added an important achievement to her sporting journey by winning the Silver medal at the CBSE Nationals held at the Bal Vikas Progressive School, Panipat. Competing in the U-14 Girls category, she delivered a strong performance at the national event.
Her journey will now continue on another national platform, as she has also been selected for the SGFI Nationals in Jammu. The selection gives her another opportunity to test her skills against young sportspersons from across the country.
Akshar Aggarwal clinches Gold in Air Pistol
Akshar Aggarwal of Class IX C brought home the Gold medal at the Delhi State School Games 2026 to 2027. The competition was organised by the Directorate of Education and Sports at Kalkaji.

Competing in the 10m Air Pistol U-14 category, he displayed the focus and precision the discipline demands. His Gold marks a significant milestone in his sporting journey and adds another achievement to the school’s growing record in competitive sports.
Dezy shines in Gatka with Silver and Bronze medals
Dezy of Class X B has continued to build an impressive record in Gatka. Her most recent achievement is a Silver medal in the U-17 Individual category at the Delhi State School Games 2026 to 2027 in Rohini. The performance has earned her selection for the SGFI Nationals in Delhi, scheduled from October 23 to 28.

She has also won three Bronze medals. These include the U-17 Girls category at the Delhi State School Games 2025 to 2026, the Team event at the SGFI Nationals in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and the 11th Delhi State Gatka Championship.
Her performance at the latter also earned her selection for the Nationals scheduled from October 15 to 17.
