A dream of adventure

One day, when Erica was getting ready to go to school, she heard a bang from outside the house, followed by a growl. She started to feel anxious and excited at the prospect of encountering a bear. However, when she opened the door, it turned out to be her annoying little brother, Clustard. Erica had actually wished for a real bear encounter, hoping to emulate her favourite characters from Star Wars, Marvel, and DC, as she was a fan of all three.

Ignoring Clustard’s comments about his candy collection, Erica continued to get ready. As she descended the stairs to the dining table for breakfast, she tripped and fell. After quickly recovering, she hastily ate her breakfast, and another bang caught her attention. This time, Clustard was eating, eliminating him as the source of the noise.

Saying goodbye to their parents, they stepped outside and were astonished to find Thor fighting a dinosaur. Marvel, Star Wars, and DC characters, along with dinosaurs, were engaged in an epic battle. Erica and Clustard were excited to meet and join the fight against villains. Erica, aspiring to become the leader of the Avengers, grabbed a sword and started battling a dinosaur.

Suddenly, another bang interrupted the fight, and all the characters headed towards a mountain. Curious, Erica asked them about the recurring events. The characters explained that they fought when the bang occurred and returned home when it happened again. Erica questioned the motive behind the fights, learning that the dinosaurs wanted to reclaim the world from humans.

Suggesting a peaceful solution, Erica proposed providing the dinosaurs with temporary shelter. However, the characters clarified that the dinosaurs sought a permanent solution, desiring the eradication of humanity. Eager to fulfill her dream of being an Avenger, Erica pledged to fight alongside them.

The captain agreed, and they practiced for the upcoming battle. The next day, Erica heard a loud noise, signaling the start of the battle. After hours of fighting, the characters returned to the mountain when the bang sounded again. As Erica rested, a massive monster attacked, and just as it seemed all was lost, she awoke to her mother calling her.

Disappointed that it was all a dream, Erica smiled as her mother reminded her not to be late for school. The dream had been an exciting adventure, but reality awaited.
