Which company will you be joining?

I had done a summer internship at ICICI Bank, after which I got a pre-placement offer (PPO) letter. I will be joining the company as an e-relationship manager soon.

How did you develop an interest in the banking sector?

I developed an interest during the COVID-19 pandemic while preparing for various government exams. The interest turned into a passion while pursuing MBA at AIMETC.

What tips can you share for interview preparation?

You have to be well aware of current affairs, for which you need to read the newspaper daily. This is an important part of your preparation if you want to crack the group discussion (GD) round. You must also have a good knowledge of the recent developments in the particular industry. You need to have a thorough knowledge of the key concepts.

For the interview, you must also prepare a good introduction, highlighting why you fit the job role. I used to be very shy earlier, but my professors made me confident enough to face recruiters and not fumble while answering questions.

What was the experience at AIMETC like?

We got practical exposure to the industry through workshops with entrepreneurs and industry professionals. We also participated in various activities for hands-on experience. These events helped me grow my communication skills. My professors guided me every step of the way, be it to improve my personality or academics.
