How do you feel after receiving the placement offer? What position have you been offered?
It honestly feels really special and satisfying because getting placed was something I worked hard for. I felt happy and relieved after receiving the offer letters. I have been fortunate to receive opportunities from Vibrantick Technologies and Mindseeker Technologies. I was offered the role of Business Development Associate at Mindseeker Technologies and Inside Sales at Vibrantick Technologies. I’m really excited to start this new phase of my life and learn from these opportunities.
How did you prepare for your placements?
I mainly focused on improving my aptitude, communication skills, and interview confidence. I practiced common interview questions, updated my resume properly, and also worked on speaking confidently. Apart from studies, I tried to stay positive and consistent during the whole process.
How did your teachers at Apeejay Institute of Management and Engineering Technical Campus help you during the placement process?
My teachers were a big source of support during my placement journey. They constantly guided us through the PEP (Placement Enhancement Program) by helping with aptitude preparation, interview practice, resume building, and overall skill development. Whenever we had doubts or felt stressed, they motivated us and pushed us to believe in ourselves. Their encouragement and guidance helped me stay confident and perform better throughout the placement process.
Tips to Crack a Job Interview
A job interview can be cracked with proper preparation and a positive attitude. Before attending the interview, it is important to learn about the company and understand the job requirements. Wearing formal clothes, arriving on time, and speaking with confidence create a good impression. A candidate should listen carefully to the questions and answer them in a simple and honest manner. Professional behavior, clear communication, and confidence help the interviewer see the candidate as responsible and capable.
What are your next goals?
My future aspiration is to achieve success in my career and become a skilled professional in my field. I want to keep learning new things, improve my abilities, and gain practical experience. I also hope to work in a respected organisation where I can contribute my knowledge and grow professionally. Along with career growth, I wish to support my family, achieve financial stability, and build a bright future for myself.
