‘My daughter eagerly participates in all academics and extracurricular activities’

How has been your daughter’s experience at school so far?

The journey so far has been exceptionally great. From the initial stages till now, each phase has been amazing. Every step of the way has been characterised by high-quality experiences and valuable insights.

Why did you choose Apeejay for your child?

The school enjoys a great reputation. Also, Apeejay Education has a five decade long legacy. The school is among the top five schools in Navi Mumbai. Apart from that, the positive feedback from our friends, who are Apeejay alumni, played a crucial role in helping us make the right decision.

What about extracurricular activities?

She has a profound passion for dance and actively participates in various school events. Although she participates in every event held at school, her contributions extend to diverse areas like dancing, delivering speeches, leading morning assemblies, and excelling in declamation.

How has the curriculum impacted your child’s development?

The school is definitely adhering and following the recommended guidelines set by the government and the Central Board of Secondary Education. I have closely monitored that my child’s holistic growth has increased affirming that the educational approach aligns well with established standards.

Does the school keep you well-informed about the upcoming events at the school?

Absolutely. The school maintains clear communication through WhatsApp groups, keeping us well-informed. Regular updates on the school website and immediate postings of events provide a great sense of transparency, making it easy for us to stay in the loop about what has happened and what is yet to happen.

Mention some of her recent achievements.

Recently, my daughter secured the second prize in the inter-house dance competition, preceded by a first-prize in dance.

How do you spend quality time with your child?

She is very artistic and loves drawing — mostly we draw together. I have enrolled myself with her to learn canvas paintings. As a working mother, I make it a point to connect with my child at least twice a week regarding her studies. During these moments, we share our experiences – she talks about her day at school, and I update her on my office happenings. This routine allows me to stay closely involved in her school progress and studies.

What do you appreciate the most about this school?

This school is excellently structured, encompassing a strong focus, well-designed infrastructure, a comprehensive curriculum, and diverse extracurricular activities. Moreover, the new principal has also further enhanced the overall experience. Everything is progressing smoothly and I feel pretty much satisfied with this school.
