Read edited excerpts:

So Diya wishes to become an engineer in the future?

Yes! She is into computer science and wishes to work in the IT sector as a computer engineer.

That’s lovely! How has her academic performance been so far?

It has been very good till class 10. At present, she is taking a little time to adjust now to the new subjects  and the increased difficulty level. But she is working very hard and I know she will do well in the final exams.

Computer engineering is her passion. Which coding language fascinates her the most?

Python. She simply loves coding in this computer language.

Does Diya envision herself as a successful Computer engineer working in Gurgaon or Bangalore with a big annual package in the coming years?

She visualises herself in a foreign nation, working in the IT sector there and doing very well both professionally and financially.

Enough of computer science now! Does Diya like extracurriculars or sports?

Yes! She loves basketball and was also in the school team till class 7. Then the pandemic came and lasted for two years and the previous year she was preparing for the board exams of class 10. Hopefully, she will continue soon as she finds the time and situation.

As for the extracurricular activities, she is the Captain of Vivekananda house and recently took part in Rangoli making competition or cooking without fire events.

Are the teachers making the tough subject easy and fun enough?

They are teaching practically, using relevant examples. That is the best part. The practicals they are doing is increasing the interest level of the students. My daughter praises all the teachers, Mamta ma’am and Sushma ma’am the most.

Lastly, your child has been at this school since the start, are you satisfied as a parent?

Yes! She is a part of the Apeejay family since her days at Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld. I never wished for my daughter to change her school in class 11, since she has built many friendships here over time and the school is like a family by now.
