A prayerful homage to the life, legacy, and ideals  

On the solemn occasion of the 15th Punyatithi of late Founder-Chairman, Dr Stya Paul, Apeejay School,  Mahavir Marg, came together to pay heartfelt tribute to him. The prayer meet, organised with deep reverence and respect, was a poignant reminder of the enduring legacy of a visionary leader whose values continue to illuminate the path of education and excellence.

Dr Stya Paul, a renowned educationist, philanthropist, and industrialist, founded Apeejay Education with a mission to nurture value-based leaders and progressive thinkers. With a firm belief in holistic education, he envisioned schools and institutions that would not only impart knowledge but also instil strong moral character, resilience, and compassion. His life was a testament to service, integrity, and the relentless pursuit of excellence — principles that form the bedrock of every Apeejay institution.

The event commenced with a solemn floral tribute to Dr Stya Paul, followed by soul-stirring bhajans that created a spiritual atmosphere, evoking a deep sense of reflection and gratitude among all present. Attendees included Ms Anita Paul, Education Officer, New Delhi; Mr Bhupinder Kataria, Senior Manager Operations; Vice-principal Ms Aarti Shorey Bhat; along with administrative and support staff members, all of whom came together to honour the memory and vision of the Founder-Chairman. 

Ms Paul, in her address, echoed similar sentiments and shared how Dr Stya Paul’s principles continue to shape the ethos of the Apeejay group of schools. She noted that his pioneering spirit remains a beacon of inspiration, motivating educators and students alike to strive for excellence while staying rooted in strong ethical foundations.

Ms Bhat delivered a heartfelt reflection on Dr Stya Paul’s extraordinary journey, reading out the note. She highlighted his unwavering dedication to building an ecosystem that fosters learning, character-building, and personal growth. Emphasising the importance of carrying his legacy forward, she reminded everyone that the truest homage to him lies in embracing and practising his ideals in everyday life.  

The observance concluded with a collective resolve to uphold Dr Stya Paul’s timeless values, ensuring that his dream of value-based education continues to thrive and touch lives across generations.
