Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus (AIMETC), Jalandhar, celebrated the New Year by organising a fun faculty recreational programme to mark a year of optimism and resoluteness.
The event was attended by faculty from all three departments of AIMETC—School of Management, School of Information Technology, and School of Engineering—who participated in various interesting games including ‘lemon race’, ‘paper race’, ‘laughing is banned’, and ‘protect your balloon’.
The faculty also played dumb charades in which they displayed great camaraderie and coordination. They also took part in tug-of-war and musical chairs. The faculty was quite enthusiastic and enjoyed themselves thoroughly.
Dr Rajesh Bagga, director, AIMETC, wished everyone good health, success, and prosperity in the new year. He emphasised how every member of the institute would keep working dedicatedly to ensure growth.
The New Year celebrations turned out to be successful as the faculty spent an entertaining afternoon. It was quite a memorable experience for all.
