Celebrating the spirit of freedom and patriotism
Published
2 hours agoon

On August 15, patriotism transitions from an emotion into a visible, nationwide celebration. It serves as a collective reminder of the sacrifices made by freedom fighters and the shared responsibility of building the nation’s future.
On this day, we pay tribute to leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Bhagat Singh, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, and countless unsung heroes who sacrificed their lives for freedom.
The hoisting of the Tiranga across schools, offices, and homes represents national pride. The saffron signifies courage, white represents peace, and green symbolizes prosperity. The day also inspires citizens to uphold the values of unity, equality, and freedom that form the foundation of our democracy. It reminds every generation that the true spirit of independence lies in contributing responsibly to the nation’s progress.
