Did Apeejay School of Management prepare you well for the campus placement?
Yes, sir, they prepared me very well. We had group discussions (GDs), mock personal interviews (MOPIs), and various tests, all of which helped me tremendously in securing my placement.
What were your expectations from this placement, and how does it align with your career goals?
The day I joined ASM, I was already looking ahead. I researched the institution thoroughly—its awards, recognitions, and previous placement records. Seeing that previous batches had secured jobs in top companies gave me confidence that I, too, would be placed before my final exams. ASM’s rigorous training, faculty guidance, guest lectures, and practical classroom activities all contributed to my professional growth. This placement at Coffee Day Global aligns perfectly with my career aspirations, giving me a strong foundation in sales and marketing.
How do you plan to apply what you’ve learned at ASM in your new job?
I will put all the theoretical and practical knowledge I have gained into action. From sales strategies to customer engagement techniques, I will apply these concepts in my role. And if I ever face challenges, I know I can always return to ASM and seek guidance from my faculty.
When did ASM start preparing you for placements?
Placement preparation began in the second year, around the fourth trimester. We had specialised sessions, guest lectures, and mock interviews. Before every company visit, faculty members guided us on possible interview questions and industry expectations. This preparation gave me a clear understanding of how to present myself confidently in front of recruiters.
How do you feel about securing this placement?
I am extremely happy! This placement is a stepping stone in my career, and I am eager to start my journey with Coffee Day Global. ASM has given me the skills and confidence to excel, and I look forward to making the most of this opportunity.
