Tell us about the work that entails your domain?
Mine is a research-based job. I edit books, their chapters, and prepare research papers. I am also working on a book at present. Since my academic specialisation is on digital marketing hence, my work is on this subject.
What motivated you to join this field?
Well, I did my MBA in IT and Marketing from AIMETC. I found myself always interested in digital marketing and so, I chose the appropriate college for the same. I had a great journey at AIMETC.
My course was wonderful and I got to learn a lot there. Before AIMETC, I lacked confidence but my years there instilled a deep self-belief in me. I gained confidence and developed sharper communication skills at Apeejay.
How were the professors? Did they guide you well?
They were so good. All my professors were very helpful and I must say that I found the entire teaching and non-teaching faculty extremely cooperative. I had a good group of friends as well, who guided me constantly.
Were you campus placed?
I secured campus placement in 3 different organisations.
Did AIMETC prepare you well for the placements?
They helped me with various opportunities. Big companies came to our campus. Teachers grilled us well during the training days. From how to answer in interviews and group discussions to how to handle tricky situations and questions, we were taught everything. Professors held a lot of extra classes for the same.
Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
I want to either join the teaching industry or continue in the research field in education. Let’s see how things go!
