Vedank is a class 10 wonder-student at Apeejay School, Noida. While he is mostly popular for his sporting prowess, as a national level shooter. It is also commendable that the ace athlete balances his scholastic journey in a brilliant way as well. Vedank has been an academic achiever over the years and in a brief interview, he lets us dive into his journey as a top student.

Vedank, please brief us about your recent academic prowess?

In the last academic year, which was class 9, I scored 93% with a perfect score in social studies and also topped in French.

Wow, that’s commendable! Your teachers must be incredible educators?

I feel incredibly grateful to have such supportive and encouraging teachers. They always help me, especially when I feel disheartened and answer all my questions as many times as I ask, which is quite often! I feel confident approaching them for any help, and they consistently guide me in the right direction.

So, what’s your ambition in life?

My aim is to become a renowned doctor and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those around me.

So science must be your favourite subject?

I find it hard to choose a favorite subject between social studies and science because both are fascinating in their own way.

Science reveals the wonders of nature and the interconnectedness of the universe, from the smallest atoms to the vastest galaxies. It’s truly inspiring to learn about the intricacies of God’s creation, especially the human body, which is so perfectly designed.

And what about Social Science?

Social Studies teaches me about the past and present of our society and community as a whole, helping us predict the future of humanity. It is so interesting, I love it.
