Learning at school should be dynamic, inclusive, and adaptive to the needs of diverse students. “This school encourages students to ask questions, conduct research, and explore multiple perspectives. The teachers here teach students to analyse information critically, evaluate evidence, and solve complex problems. By incorporating these principles, Apeejay has created a learning environment that not only imparts knowledge but also prepares students to be thoughtful, adaptable, and engaged members of society,” says Dr Mandeep Kaur whose son Nekfateh studies in class I at Apeejay School, Model Town.

Read on to know what more this parent had to share about the school.

Why did you select Apeejay as an admission choice?

First and foremost, this school is renowned in our town. Secondly, it is near our home so it’s become easier for my son to commute daily. Since Nekfateh is my only child, I feel overwhelmed to see how the school administration looks after him so well.

How are the teachers here?

Since my son is in class I, I have interacted with a very limited number of teachers so far. However, I would like to say that the staff of UKG till class I are top class and extremely loving and caring. They all treat my son like a second parent.

What extracurricular activities does your son enjoy?

He is a part of Sports Guru here and is actively involved in lawn tennis, football, and skating, the list is endless. There are also adventure camps organised by the school which my son loves to go to.

What about his learning at school?

Nekfateh is now six years old, so far he has learnt alphabets and words through phonics and has started to learn Punjabi and the English language as well.

Do you agree that school is the second home for a child?

Yes, of course, my son is in the safest hands here and I am assured of his well-being at this school. On the days when I was late to pick up my son from school, which was at several instances, he was under the care of staff and kept stress-free until I arrived. That shows the perfect administration of the school.
