From excelling in academics and extracurricular activities to aiming for a career in law, Rupal’s journey at Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg is a blend of ambition and inspiration

Rupal is a class 10 student at Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg, Jalandhar. In a quick chat with her mother Ms Mousmi Alang, we learn about her passion for extra curricular activities, her tryst with the recently held MUN event at school and her ambition to study law in the coming years.   

Which stream is Rupal aiming for in Class 11?
She’s still deciding, but she’s considering Humanities, as she aspires to pursue law and join the judiciary.

What inspired her to choose law?
The influence of her elder sisters and cousins, who are all in the legal field, seems to have rubbed off on her.

How is her progress at school?
Rupal is doing well academically and is actively involved in extracurricular activities. She recently participated in the prestigious Model United Nations (MUN) event at the school and performed exceptionally. Besides being an NCC cadet, she enjoys playing basketball.

Are the teachers supportive?
Yes, they are very cooperative and are guiding her well during this crucial board exam period.

How has your experience as a parent been?
I’m satisfied with her holistic education and all-round development.

Have you met the new principal? What do you think of her vision for education?
Yes, I have met Sangeeta ma’am. She is very warm and welcoming to everyone and has a great vision towards education.
