‘Language skills are worked upon at Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri’

Kushagra is a class 5 student at Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri, Haryana. He is a new admission and has quickly settled in his new environment. In a quick chat with his father, we learn about his progress so far and why his father thought this school was the best place for his son. Edited excerpts:

We hope Kushagra has adjusted by now in the school?

Oh yes! He is well settled and has made many friends in his class.

That’s great to hear! Have you spoken with the teachers?

Yes! The teachers are very nice. I met them at the PTM and they are so patient and understanding. I also met the Principal and I must say he is very nice and very friendly. He heard my opinion and was very warm.

So, what are your observations after visiting the school?

There is a lot of cleanliness at the school. I also saw that the school has big lawns for kids. A play area is very essential indeed!

Which subjects does your son like the most?

He is in class 5, so he likes all his subjects at the present moment.No specifics currently.

And which activities does he love?

Kushagra loves participating in debates. He is turning into a great public speaker,gaining in confidence. He has very clear ideas and a good memory. He remembers the Hanuman Chalisa and can recite it beautifully.

Finally, are you satisfied with the school?

Absolutely! In other schools language skills are not worked upon. But the way of communication here is very polite and polished. Students are groomed very well and I wish the same for my son.
