A school becomes a second home for a child when it provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment that encourages growth and learning. “Just like at home, children at this school develop strong bonds with their teachers and peers, feel valued, and gain confidence,” says Reshmi Girija whose son Sabarish studies in class VI at Apeejay School, Nerul.

Read on to learn how children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally here.

Why did you choose Apeejay for admission?

Apeejay as an institute was a school of repute with students consistently marvelling at scholastic achievements. Our interaction with other parents who had their wards in this school mentioned a focused and encouraging environment. Overall academics and value system made us zero down on this school.

How are the teachers here?

The school has a decent blend of experienced and fresh teachers. They make complex topics easy for the students to understand and provide support, encouragement and motivation to the students who push themselves by instilling self-confidence in the students.

How are the school infrastructure and facilities?

I am happy to note that in the last year, substantial changes have been made to the infrastructure with furniture upgrades, better classroom alignment, improved ventilation and upgraded washrooms.

Which extracurricular activities does your child enjoy at school?

My elder kid enjoys playing drums and the school has been kind enough to allow him to perform during school functions. Both my kids also look forward to the excursions and other fun events organised by the school regularly.

How has your child’s journey been at school so far?

The journey has been good so far, as he has been able to better his social skills along with educational development through carefully designed and properly guided routes by the school.

Do you feel Apeejay is like a second home for your child?

Apeejay has been instrumental in providing and enhancing their educational and social upbringing in ways which as a parent, we may not be able to do. That the school has enabled further development of moral behaviour and social development in both my wards makes me feel that it is like a second home to them.

Are you happy and satisfied as a parent?

I believe my children are on the right track and have a long way to go in their journey.
