Smile: The invincible warrior

“Smile is a curve that sets everything straight”- Phyllis Diller

Have you ever heard that one smile is equal to one million? Let me explain that. In many countries, there is a tradition of greeting each other with smiles. So, when a person greets the other with a smile, he gets a smile in return. Simply, the smile of a single person can lead to the smiles of a million people. It is also said that smiling improves the dental health of a person and helps one look younger.

According to research, children smile the most. That’s how they stay healthy. Smiling helps change the thinking pattern of a person and turns negativity into positivity. Oftentimes, smiling becomes an exercise for the muscles as fifteen facial muscles are used in it.

In my view, smiling makes everything fine. It resolves many grudges. A smile is the companion of a person in every situation, no matter what the situation is, it can always be resolved with it. If a person faces any harmful or any negative situation, a simple curve can help him/her move on from it.

I would say, smile is a warrior against many diseases. A person can lead a happier life and overcome problems if guarded with it.
