Google’s expansive language AI model, Bard, is poised to expand its capabilities, with the tech giant presently investigating 21 distinct approaches to integrating its AI. These potential applications encompass utilising it as an AI-driven life coach, delivering valuable life counsel to individuals.

As detailed in a New York Times article, Google has united the DeepMind research lab with the Brain AI team to create this feature. Notably, the module might even employ artificial intelligence to respond to crucial queries with an emotional factor.

In addition, Google is exploring various avenues to integrate its Bard AI, which could encompass a tool proficient in generating both scientific and creative content. Furthermore, potential enhancements to Bard might include features designed to assist journalists in crafting headlines. While these technological advancements hold significant real-world implications, their progression towards automation also raises the prospect of substantial impacts on individuals, as generative AI becomes more deeply ingrained.

While once a trailblazer in the realm of generative AI, Google found itself overshadowed by OpenAI’s unveiling of ChatGPT in November. This event sparked a competitive sprint among tech giants and start-ups, all vying for dominance in this swiftly expanding domain.

Over the past nine months, Google has been dedicated to showcasing its ability to stay on par with OpenAI and its collaborator Microsoft. This dedication has led to the launch of Bard, refinements in its AI systems, and seamless integration of this technology into various existing products, including its renowned search engine and Gmail platform.
