GATE 2024 introduces Data Science, Artificial Intelligence as a new paper
The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, the organising institute for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024, has introduced an innovative addition—a new paper centered on Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DA). This recent inclusion is set to diversify the upcoming examination, scheduled for February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024, encompassing a comprehensive range of 30 papers.
Experts posit that the introduction of this new paper not only upholds the caliber of undergraduate education, particularly in domains where Data Science (DS) and AI serve as specialised subjects, but also provides a crucial pathway for individuals aspiring to pursue master’s and PhD programmes in these burgeoning fields.
