Adventurous getaway to the mountains provides students a refreshing break

Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park recently organised an exciting excursion to Mussoorie and Dhanaulti for students of classes 11 and 12. A group of 111 students, accompanied by 11 teachers, embarked on this adventure-filled trip. This journey to the mountains aimed at providing students with an opportunity for team building, learn new skills via outdoor activities while giving them a refreshing break from their academic routine.

The students and teachers had a memorable and enjoyable trip filled with adventurous activities and team building exercises. The excursion commenced with a walking tour to the famous Mall Road in Mussoorie, leading to Jhulaghar. This exhilarating experience allowed the participants to soak in the beauty of the surroundings while exploring the vibrant local market.

One of the highlights of the trip was a trolley ride to Gun Hill, the second highest point in Mussoorie. The breath-taking view from the trolley offered a panoramic glimpse of the picturesque landscape, leaving the students awe-struck.

Throughout their stay, the students were treated to scrumptious servings of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. The organisers ensured that the students were well-fed and energised to fully enjoy their adventure-filled days.

The excursion to Mussoorie and Dhanaulti proved to be a rejuvenating and refreshing experience for both the students and teachers. The carefully planned adventure activities and team building exercises allowed all of them to bond, develop essential life skills, and explore the natural beauty of the region.
