13th Punya Tithi: Apeejay family unites to pay homage to beloved Dr. Stya Paul

On the solemn occasion of the 13th Punya Tithi of Dr Stya Paul, the beloved Founder Chairman of Apeejay Education and Apeejay Stya Group, teachers, staff, and students of Apeejay Svran Global School, Faridabad, gathered to pay a heartfelt tribute to the noble soul, who continues to inspire and unite the Apeejay fraternity. The event was graced by the presence of Ms. Poornima Vohra, Education Officer, Apeejay Education.

The tribute ceremony commenced with teaching and non-teaching staff along with students offering a floral tribute to Dr Stya Paul. It was followed by the singing of Chairman Sir’s favourite bhajans, creating an atmosphere filled with reverence and devotion. Adding a touch of serenity, Manthan Taneja, a talented student from class 8, mesmerised everyone with his soulful rendition of a few bhajans.

In her address, Ms. Poornima Vohra shared her personal experiences and highlighted the qualities that made Dr Stya Paul a humble, positive, and hardworking individual. She spoke of his resilience and determination, emphasising how he always approached challenges with optimism, both on physical and emotional fronts.

A beautiful and heartfelt message from Dr V.S. Garg, Education Advisor of Apeejay Education was also shared during the event. Highlighting Dr Stya Paul’s unwavering spirit in the face of adversities, Dr Garg praised how Dr Stya Paul was an epitome of resilience and determination.

Following which, Ms Priti Wason, Principal of Apeejay Svran Global School, Faridabad, shared a message that encapsulated the essence of Dr Stya Paul’s vision. She quoted his favourite couplet and urged the students, teachers, and staff to display unwavering devotion in their respective roles as a tribute to the Founder Chairman. She said, “We seek his blessings and salute this great personality for being such a great inspiration of resilience to all of us.”

Similarly, Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park organised a special prayer meeting to pay their heartfelt floral tribute to Dr Stya Paul. The gathering on this momentous occasion included esteemed individuals of Apeejay Education such as Education Officers Mr. N. N. Nayyar, Mr. D.K. Bedi, Mrs. Anita Paul, Mr. Sharad Tiwari; Mr. Sandeep Singh Kathuria, Principal of Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park; Dr V.S. Garg, Education Advisor; along with other dignitaries, staff members from the Head Office, educators from the school, and all the office staff.

Each present during the occasion offered a solemn floral tribute to Dr Stya Paul, which was accompanied by the soul-stirring rendition of his favourite bhajans sung by the students. The melodic voices filled the atmosphere, evoking a sense of reverence and gratitude.

While addressing the gathering, Dr V. S. Garg spoke about Dr. Stya Paul’s immense contributions as an educationist and philanthropist. He shared anecdotes from his fascinating journey, starting from humble beginnings to reaching the pinnacle of success and glory.
