A morning assembly centred on the theme Be Healthy was recently conducted by the students of Class II-A at Apeejay School, Noida. The assembly reflected the school’s continued focus on building awareness around everyday habits that shape a child’s well-being. Through a structured and engaging presentation, students introduced the idea of health as a shared responsibility.
The programme began with the weather report, where students presented the day’s forecast with clarity and confidence. This segment set a calm and organised tone for the rest of the assembly. It also helped young presenters build comfort while addressing a larger audience.
Building awareness through simple messages
The assembly moved forward with the thought of the day, which encouraged students to adopt positive habits in their daily lives. This was followed by a short talk that explained the role of balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, and personal hygiene. The message was simple, yet relevant, as it connected everyday actions with long-term health.
Students also presented the campus news segment, sharing recent updates from across the school. This segment added a sense of continuity and helped the audience stay informed about ongoing activities and achievements.

Learning through participation
The highlight of the assembly was an action song based on the theme of healthy living. The performance was lively and interactive, drawing attention to the importance of staying active in a fun and engaging way. It brought energy to the session while reinforcing the central message of the day.
The assembly was well organised and reflected strong teamwork among the students. Their confidence and coordination were evident throughout the presentation. Such platforms continue to help young learners express ideas clearly while understanding the value of healthy choices in their daily lives.
