At Apeejay International School, Greater Noida, excellence in academics is matched with an equal focus on creativity, sports, and holistic growth. Mrs. Reeta Chaudhary, a lawyer by profession and mother to Ananya (Class 11) and Anika (Class 5), shares how the school has been instrumental in shaping the personalities and aspirations of both her daughters. With her husband, a PCS officer, the couple strongly values quality education – and they believe Apeejay has lived up to their expectations.

How has Apeejay supported Ananya’s senior school journey, both academically and in career planning?

The school organises regular counselling sessions to help students explore various career paths and understand their strengths. Ananya, who has opted for PCM, finds these sessions very beneficial. The faculty is generally supportive and guides students well, although there have been a few faculty changes.

How is the learning environment for younger students like Anika?

The environment is nurturing and pressure-free. Anika particularly enjoys the integrated teaching method where subjects like Hindi, English, and Science are connected. This makes it easier for her to understand concepts and apply them creatively.

In what ways does the school encourage Anika’s creativity and curiosity?

Apeejay provides ample opportunities through art and craft classes, a sports programme, and hands-on classroom activities. For instance, Anika once worked on a map concept during an SST class using colours, which she thoroughly enjoyed. These interactive lessons keep her curious and engaged.

What are Anika’s favourite school activities, and how does she balance them with academics?

Anika loves participating in art, dance, and sports. She manages academics well too. She frequently brings home trophies in skating, races, yoga, and represents the school in dance events.

Can you share about the achievements of both Anika and Ananya?

Both girls are trained tennis players and often bring home trophies. Ananya has participated in several competitions outside school, while Anika regularly wins in school events. Their achievements make us proud and show the school’s role in encouraging well-rounded development.

How would you describe their sibling bond and overall growth at the school?

They share a classic sibling bond – sometimes playful, sometimes caring. They study and play together. Both children have always been well-behaved, and Apeejay continues to bring out the best in them with its balanced academic and extracurricular approach.
