MY LOVE FOR CHESS: Poem by Sahibjot Singh

Chess is the wonder of 64 squares; sometimes, its stress can give you nightmares.

It’s a battle of 16 pieces each side, so let’s enjoy this battle of wits on a horse ride.

It’s an adventurous, colourful fight, although the squares are black and white.

Tactics, openings, and the theory of chess, mixing and learning all the openings, can be a mess.

Chess.com ratings are a big matter for me; my dream is to get 2000 elo, you see!

This rating elo has a 99.9% percentile. I have been trying to get to this elo for a while.

Gukesh-D sir is my inspiration, in board chess, he has to be played with caution. Chess is my passion in life; playing chess makes me feel alive.
